In 2019, Neymar was accused of rape by a Brazilian model named Najila Trindade who alleged that Neymar raped her at a hotel in Paris, France on 15 May 2019.
Neymar later put out their WhatsApp conversation in public and said that he paid for her Paris trip and had consensual sex with her. Later, Trindade and her former husband, Estivens Alves, were accused of lying to police and attempting to blackmail the player. 
Racism Accusations

In September 2020, he was given a red card while playing for PSG against Marseille. He hit the Spanish player Alvaro Gonzalez on the back of the head and accused of calling him a monkey after which the French Football Federation opened an investigation but later cleared him of doing anything against the spirit of the game. Cheating his pregnant girlfriend

In June 2023, rumours circulated on social media claiming that Neymar cheated his then-girlfriend, Bruna Biancardi, who was pregnant at that time. Allegedly, Neymar got physical on the Brazilian valentine day (celebrated on 12 June) with a Brazilian blogger named Fernanda Campos who said that they spent 40 minutes together, and Neymar did not tell her that he was in a relationship with Biancardi at that time.
There were rumours that Neymar and Biancardi were in sort of an open relationship with a contract that read that Neymar could be with other girls discreetly, girls should not be call girls, he wears a condom while making love, and he cannot kiss them on mouth. In January 2024, Neymar was critizised by Cida Gonçalves, Minister of women of Brazil, and Gleisi Hoffman, President of the Workers’ Party of Brazil, for helping his Brazilian and PSG teammate, Dani Alves, who was charged of raping a 23-year old woman in a Barcelona night club in December 2022.
Reportedly, Neymar paid the fine of 150 thousand euros for Alves which helped him get the minimum sentence of four and a half years. He also arranged a attorney for Alves for the trail and asset management.
